What we collect

Information you give us

When you fill out a form, we receive what you type in:

• Free AI Visibility Check: your name, business name, trade, city or service area, website (optional), email, and phone (optional).
• Contact form: your name, email, business name (optional), and message.

Information collected automatically

• Spam protection. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, is sending them. Turnstile processes technical details such as your IP address and browser information to do this.
• Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t track you across other websites.
• Hosting. Our host, Cloudflare, processes standard request data (like IP address and browser type) to deliver and secure the site.

This site doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

We use what you send us to reply to you, to prepare and send your visibility check, and to follow up about your request. We don’t sell your information.

Who we share it with

Only the services that run this website and deliver your message:

• Cloudflare: website hosting, spam protection, and analytics.
• Resend: delivers form submissions to our inbox by email.
• Our email provider: stores the emails we send and receive.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions and related emails for as long as we need them to work with you and keep ordinary business records. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your choices

Email logan@kirtleydigital.com to see, correct, or delete the information you sent us. We’ll respond within a reasonable time.

Children

This site is for business owners and isn’t directed at children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll update it here and change the effective date at the top.
